However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (508) 393-8713 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

RETURN POLICY:

Customer must have the original sales invoice. All returns must be made within seven (7) business days. Any returned merchandise must be in original condition. Any returns or exchanges of new used merchandise must have the approval of the manufacturer representative and must also be in its original condition with the instruction booklet and warranty card. No cash refunds will be issued. Credit card refund will be issued by a credit card memo at store level. A 20% restocking fee applies to any returned merchandise. Built-ins excluded from this return policy.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
