We are enjoying the replacement to our 15 year old plasma TV. It's vivid colors and detail are unbelievable. It was easy to mount and connect. The way that it was able to connect to individual apps so quickly was impressive. The only issue is that the audio came preset with a lot of treble. The auto adjust also created a lot of volume differential which made it difficult to set volume. We turned off the auto and adjusted the equalizer to almost turn off the treble. It's much better now.

My Samsung is being used as the main entertainment and work center in my small apartment. The pictures are gorgeous and I have more than 1700 channels to chose from. I was a television engineer building tv stations and running video in Hollywood for 30 years and the pictures I see now at home are better than professional monitors we had in the booth. I also love the pictures for my computer work and photography hobby. Thanks for a wonder product at a great price. Jack King

I use the TV for streaming and watching shows from the UK. This smart TV is easy to use on the Internet (Example just watched Bob Dylan's Shadow Kingdom from Veeps.com streaming service last week, Great for Apps, easy access to Netflix, Acorn TV, Amazon Prime, Britbox, etc

I'm 30 tears old and unemployed. Covid has made things even worse for me due to my weak immune system. This has been one of the worst months I've ever had. July first I started coming down with acute bronchitis which I still have and am finally on medicine for it called prednisone. On July 4th my PS4 broke. On July 6th my only HD tv I ever had broke. I had both of them for 6 years but to happen back to back in the same month was a lot. I found out black molds been blowing out of my air conditioner. My grandfather bought me this new tv for me a couple of weeks ago and while I was cleaning the mold I passed out from the fumes of the cleaning chemicals and fell into my TVs stand breaking the new tv he bought me. So he bought me the same tv again…. But to top it all off my grandfather just died yesterday. So it's been an extremely hell of a month. Nevertheless due to childhood traumas I can't stand silence. It kills me, but this tv is truly a blessing it's waaaaaay more advanced and enhanced than the 2010 LG tv that I had. I finally got my PlayStation fixed today and looking at the graphics it's a bit of a shock how clear it is lol I honestly never thought I'd be able to own such a beautiful tv…so thank you guys for creating such an affordable, vividly beautiful tv…

I use my Samsung smart TV for watching television, streaming movies and music from the internet. I also purchased a Samsung sound bar to enhance the sound experience. The TV works great when watching TV channels. I get scrambled views when watching some streaming videos off of the internet. Also the optical cable output quit working on my TV. I contacted support and we tried all options to get the optical port and sound bar to work. I tried the sound bar on another TV and it worked just fine using the same optical cable. So that narrowed it down to the optical port being defective on my Samsung TV. Rather than incur the cost to have it repaired I chose to use up one of my two HDMI ports to connect the sound bar. Now the sound bar works fine but I don't have an HDMI port to connect my DVD player as the other HDMI port is used for my cable set top box.

I'd give it a better rating if I could delete the samsung tv app or block it and the little 10 button remote is worthless I bought a smart tv so I wouldn't need a chromecast but due to the very limited functionality of the remote I'm still stuck with the chromecast
