Don't have an option so giving one star and if any option is available it deserves negative star. I bought this product a month ago, within a day the product star giving an error, called the company and they sent a technician for repairs, the technician came and said that certain parts need to be replaced and he will order the parts, the parts came after three weeks but those parts were also faulty and because he tried to replace the parts the original display also stop working, also the black seal between the cooktop and kitchen counter got damaged and he left because it was not fixable, the technician told that the parts have to be ordered again. Every time the technician comes someone has to take off. We have not bought a second hand product or open box product that needs repair. The company is not ready to replace it.

This was installed by the builder and it was not the one I was supposed to get originally. I had a scary experience with it the first time I used it. It would "boil" on Simmer and my pot of water overflowed and burned my cooktop....there was also a funny smell coming from under my cabinet. I've only had this for less than a month and already they are replacing the computer boards. It's been a huge inconvenience because I have to have the builder electricians come and remove it and set it on the counter so that the repair man can change the parts, and then have the builder electricians come back and reinstall it!!! Also an inconvenience because I have to make other plans as to how I'm going to cook dinner. Not Happy!!

This cooktop is unbelievable. So much room pots and pans. The controls are so sensitive and they keep the temperature stable I don™™t know how they do it.

Cooks fast and keeps temperature even. Easy to use and know if a burner is hot. Control lock keeps from accidentally turning on a burner and the built in timer is simple to use. Couldn™™t be happier with it!

Our kitchen was updated with all new KitchenAid appliances and I am liking the cooktop. It heats up very quickly and takes up so
Little space which gave me more room for storage drawers beneath it. I also love the 5 burners and some extra features such as even melt on one and rapid high heat on another. Like all cooktops, you have to be careful with your pots and pans or you will scratch the surface. It hasn™™t been a major problem but I am carful not to rub my
Pots over the top.

I find the surface very difficult to clean and I have have a glass top electric stove for 30 years. Also, the temperature controls are very hot. Thinking a 5 out of 10 would be medium heat, it was no different than a 10.

When this unit was delivered, it was 6.8" too narrow to cover the cutout in the counter tip. It was returned.

This cooktop will not last 3 years. Please do your homework and do not buy this product. The fuse pops and then your burners will not work. Please look on the web before you buy.

I bought this product and I am amaze how versatile it is when cooking. Its Even-Heat technology and simmer make cooking a blast. Water boils easily and when you want to keep your food warm, the simmer feature allows your food to stay warm without burning. I love the sleekness and easy to clean up messy spills.
