We couldn't connect the ice maker when we had the frigde delivered. Lowe's won't connect a copper line. The next day we were woke up by a very load noise . That noise continued daily until we turned off the disconnected ice maker. the noise has now stopped.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with my new refrigerator. My LG's compressor went out and well let's just say while under warranty LG wanted my money up front for the compressor then file the warranty. It was a complete hassle with their service people. So I just decided it wasn't worth the hassel and went shopping.I saw the stainless steel refrigerators but really wnated a black one. The salesguy at Lowes didn't know if he had it but I found it on the next row and "OH MY GOSH" it was spectacular looking. It shined and was huge compared to the LG we had and it was actually the same measurement.They delivered the next day and once it was delivered and set up I was in "AWH". It looked so beautiful in the kitchen. Next I put all the things from the cooler to the refigerator and was astonished that I had so much room in the new refrigerator and freezer. The space on the doors was something I had never seen before in any refrigerator I have ever purchased.This refrigerator is so slick it shines! I absolutely love the water and ice part on the freezer door. Its black too and it lights up which I have never had that.It is so quiet I have to stand there and listen sometimes to make sure it's still working. I also love the fact that the suction on the doors is Fa nominal. I have never experienced such great a refrigerator and the price was so awesome - way below what I would have paid for an LG compressor! I will always now be a Frigidaire customer from now on and will soon probably need a new dishwasher and range. - love it!!!!

This is a good refrigerator, but it DOES NOT come with a cold cut drawer. I was disappointed in that. i needed to change my filters at 6 months. Directions were a bit sketchy, although I did get it done.

This fridge has been an excellent replacement for a GE fridge, side by side model. I can't tell you the exact model since the information was removed prior to us moving in... However, this fridge has been a well-suited replacement. The ice and water dispenser has been working fantastically. The fridge is nice and spacious on both sides. There is a replacement air filter and water filter indicator light on the inside part of the freezer door, for ease. The fridge is a sleek design that adds a nice anesthetic to the whole kitchen vibe. The shelves are customizable as needed and easy to clean, inside and out. Purchased the additional warranty beyond the standard manufacturer warranty since I had so many issues with the previous fridge... didn't want to have to deal with all that again. There are the occasional noises for it to function, make ice etc. Otherwise, no big deal and we love our fridge!

We replaced a 20+ year old Whirlpool refrigerator with this new Frigidaire. Originally would have gone Whirlpool again, due to a good experience with that unit, however, our color preference was not available in the model we were looking at. Currently have a Frigidaire double oven that we are happy with, so going Frigidaire on this new refrigerator purchase was an easy decision. Price was reasonable at Lowe's, and their delivery team was exceptional. Happy with our decision.

Frigidaire delivered a damaged refrigerator on 27 January 2025. Since then, following their "protocol" they have sent us 3 sets damaged doors. In April they approved a replacement refrigerator then someone "accidentally" cancelled the order. We were told the replacement should arrived on 20 May but then changed the date to 25 May. On 27 May we were told that they would call us with an update. That never happened. As of last week they realized they "accidentally" cancelled the replacement so the representative submitted a refund request. As of this week they will not honor the refund but instead have authorized a replacement.It has been 130 days. All we have heard from the representatives and supervisors (when you can get one on the line) is consistent lying and "someone will call you in 3 to 5 business days". We have written and send e-mails to corporate all of which has gone unanswered. We have spent 35 plus hours via phone and chat. One day I was on hold for 6 hours waiting for a supervisor who NEVER answered. Frigidaire has the worst customer service and does not stand behind their products.

This refrigerator has given us problems since we bought it, from condensation to freezing produce in the fridge side. Freezer went out and came back magically. Ice buildup not only inside but behind near the condensator fan, which created an awful noise. We have had countless tech visits with very disappointing results. Seems like the way these are built doesn™™t allow you to fill it to its full capacity or it will give you these issues, due to poor air flow circulation. Overall, a not reliable product at all. I have been trying to get it return but mfr won™™t do it so think it twice before buying this brand! I am sure it will die when warranty is over. Literally put our money to the trash.

This Fridgidair refrigerator is not what it used to be. Why no cabin filter?. Should come with one! No deli tray? Should come with one. First, ice cube set comes out crushed and cubed, more crushed, though you get crushed when you select. The drive is too aggressive. Ever since delivered, one of the indicator lights did not work (cabin air filter).and your service people do not want to come out. Maybe not being re-imbursed fairly? It is noisy, but is looks good! For a $1200 refrigerator I would expect better quality, but if a ™just get by refrigerator™ is what you need™¦

Refrigerator was delivered from Frigidaire on 27 January 2025. It arrived with both doors dented, dinged and scratched. We asked for a replacement but were told they would send two doors and a technician. As of today, 7 April 2025, we have now been through THREE sets of replacement doors, all arrived damaged. They want to send a FOURTH set of doors. We have spent over 30 hours on the phone, sent e-mails and a letter to corporate that have gone unanswered. Managers and Supervisors are always "in training" or "unavailable". They do not call back as promised by the representatives. All we get is one untruth after another. We are beyond frustrated and will not purchase or recommend Frigidaire products due to this fiasco. Three and a half months is a long time to wait for proper resolution. When the doors (3 sets) have been delivered we had to be home to take them inside. When the technicians came out to install the doors we had to stay home during the time window they give which is usually half a day. What a waste of valuable time! Frigidaire doesn't seem to value consumers or their time.

I love how spacious the refrigerator and freezer combo are. It works really well and is able to store lots of food! I also think it™™s so convenient that the cooling adjustments are on the freezer door. This helps children from playing with the cooling adjustments. Overall it™™s a great product!!

I had a refrigerator that starts with Sam****. I had it repaired 3 times in 9 years until nobody could repair it again. Factually, nobody even wanted to try. I even called Sam**** and they basically told me to fly a kite. So, I went to RC Willey and purchased a standard size Frigidaire Refrigerator, and it worked absolutely as advertised right out of the box. It is new, but based on current performance, I believe it will last me a good long time.
