I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the ice maker issue with my new refrigerator.Since it was installed 3 weeks ago, it has been making very little ice. It took a week for the ice to cover the bottom of the tray in one layer of ice cubes. Last week, I contacted the warranty department to schedule a technician visit, which was scheduled for Thursday 05/22 between 12 PM and 5 PM. Consequently, I had to leave work early that day. When the technician had not arrived by approximately 4 PM, I called the service department. The representative I spoke with assured me that the technician was running late but would still arrive, and I was advised to continue waiting. However, no one ever came or called me that evening.The following day, Friday 05/23, I called again and was rescheduled for a service appointment this past Monday 05/26, again between 12 PM and 5 PM. Given my previous experience, I specifically asked the representative for confirmation that the technician would indeed be there, as I had even canceled holiday plans to ensure I was home. Once again, nobody called and no technician showed up at my residence.When I called again today 05/27, I was simply offered a third rescheduling of the technician visit. Understandably, I am far from satisfied with this resolution. Having been stood up twice already, I have no confidence that a third appointment would be any different. Furthermore, I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor to address this pattern of unreliable service. I was informed that all managers and supervisors were in a meeting but that I would receive a callback sometime today. When I inquired about a specific timeframe for this callback, the representative was unable to provide one.To be clear, I am exceedingly dissatisfied with the level of service I have experienced. I no longer wish to simply reschedule a technician who has failed to appear on two separate occasions. I feel that my time and as a customer, I have not been treated with respect or value.Buyer Beware.

We haven™™t had this refrigerator very long, but we like it. It™™s good looking, and has a nice amount of space. I like that there is an internal water dispenser, but I would like it even more if the water was fridge cold rather than room temp. Overall, though, we™™re happy with our purchase so far.

When I needed to replace my old refrigerator, I called the fellow who has serviced out appliances for over 30 years. I asked him which brand of refrigerator I should purchase and he said Frigidaire! I also purchased a new Frigidaire electric stove.

I've had a repairman at my house 6 times. Fridigaire refuses to replace this defective refrigerator. You cannot even speak to a manager without repeating the story. Today, I'm told we will send ANOTHER person to fix your refrigerator. HORRIBLE service

Had it only for two weeks but it seems to be a decent refrigerator. For the price you cannot go wrong. Seems to have all the pluses for a replacement refrigerator. Plenty of room for all your items. And the ice maker is great.So far I'm having no issues, other than it work as it should

Do not buy this refrigerator or any products from this company. Their policies are terrible, and the quality is poor. I purchased the refrigerator in August 2024, and within six weeks, it started accumulating ice and freezing our food. It took six months of sending a repair company to fix it, but there were no results, and I eventually received a replacement fridge. Unfortunately, the replacement fridge had the same issue within two weeks of installation. Now, there is still no resolution because the company insists on starting the entire process over again, requiring another repair company to come out, which leads to no results. They hide behind their warranty, claiming they need to conduct repairs and that their ™master mechanic™ must decide on a replacement. The problem is, as a consumer, you never get to speak to the master mechanic.

I like the space and how easy it is to organize. Not easy to clean in between the glass and plastic. I had some spillage that seeped through.ugh ither than that love the fridge.!

Our LG Refrigerator quit after 11 years. My husband wanted a refrigerator without any bells and whistles. This is the one!! The ice in in the freezer in a tray. No spilling ice all over the floor and water dispenses from inside. This refrigerator is Big and Great. I love it!!!

Great amount of space in this unit. I like the water feature inside the door of the unit as well as how accessible the water and air filters are for the unit. Good layout for ease of seeing what is in there. Adequate freezer space as well. Runs quiet and is working as expected. Happy with our purchase

The refrigerator is very spacious with easily adjustable separate shelves on each side making it customizable to our needs. Freezer drawer has no more space than our side by side. Would like more capacity there and a smaller ice cube box since we don™™t use much. Great water dispenser, but disappointing water is not chilled. Overall, a great addition & many more favorable reviews than other brands.

Fridge is super roomy inside for big families. My only negative was the connection for the water hose in the rear of the fridge. I feel it's a bad design and awkward angle when installing the hose.

No user manual/manual provided with refrigerator. We were told to "download " it or go to a library to print it. This option is not optimal for someone who is elderly, doesn't have a printer, or transportation access. We have not idea if we're happy with actual funtctioning product because we have no usere guide

What an awesome refrigerator. Wanted a refrigerator that was reliable and didn't have too many tech features, just basic. It needed to be nice looking though and a large capacity. We wanted a French door model as well. Also, we were not on a budget, even though this unit is very affordable and one of the most cost effective models out there! (Probably because it doesn't have too many useless tech features. )

My new fridge was just delivered 5 days ago. I have no complaints. It™™s very quiet. I like the little pyramid shaped ice cubes. The filter to left of long drawer is handy, but takes away space to the drawer. Not a big deal. So far so good!

I love this refrigerator/freezer. The cheese drawer that is the full width of the fridge is amazing. The adjustable shelves are perfect. And I love the filtered water inside the door, as opposed to on the outside of the door.

Absolutely love my new Frigidaire French Door refrigerator. It has clean lines and lots of convenient space and abundant storage compartments. It also has an extra wide shelf above the equally wide deli/meat/cheese drawer that will easily fit a sheet cake or catered trays for parties and entertaining. Adjustable shelves can accommodate tall wine bottles and pitchers too.

Fridge looks nice, is spacious and has a good layout. If you want a reliable ice maker choose a different fridge, this one went out after 3 weeks and never made much ice anyway™¦ will update after talking to customer service.

This fridge is a secondary for me so the water and ice are not hooked up. I specifically wanted something without an exterior ice and water dispenser so this fits the bill. The size is great and it does its job. This interior layout of the shelving is different but works fine for our second fridge.

This fridge has so much space! And it™™s deep! Family of 6 and everything I normally get from grocery store and some fits perfectly. I love that the water dispenser is hidden inside the door and ice maker in the freezer.

We really like the new French Door refrigerator, especially for the price. Opted to go with the "lower" model because of the overall space inside (next step model with the water/ice in door has a bulky left side that seems to get in the way). As long as it holds the temperatures in the upper and lower portions, we are happy! The shelves seem very sturdy compared to other brands, and enjoy the adjustability too. Only con so far is the noise of the water going into the ice maker.

I really like the size and set up on this unit, but was really surprised at how dim the Lighting is. It would be much better if it were back lit. I have not yet hooked up the water line for ice and cold water dispensing, but every so often it makes a noise like it™™s trying to drop ice. (I hope this is not some serious mechanical problem developing) I like to keep my refrigerator cold, and set the temp to 35 degrees, but found my food freezing. Now it set for 41 degrees and things are better.

Our fridge died a sudden and unexpected death, so new fridge shopping with no warning is always fun. We chose this brand because it was not our previous brand. I like the freezer on the bottom and am indifferent to water/ice makers. Other household members feel strongly about ice makes and water. We chose this model because the ice maker is below in freezer area - excellent, small cubes for the quirky factor, more fridge space, I am good. Water dispenser in inside on the left door - excellent, we have pet water dispensers to fill and can even fill the xl one if my arm doesn™™t fall off holding it as it gets more than halfway full. My only complaint is freezer area is not as deep because if ice maker, so I can no longer stand a box of frozen garlic bread or eggo™™s in the short end, and have to lay down long side, so can™™t put as much on there as old fridge. But that™™s truly my only complaint.

I™™ve always liked Frigidaire products as I™™ve grown up with them from my mother to me, and now to my children. I couldn™™t be happy with my purchase. It™™s very clean looking, sleek. I had a horrible experience with a Samsung Fridge, you know - the one w/ the ice maker in the top of the fridge. Needless to say, I have not had ice in 2 years thanks to that terrible design. We finally made the decision to change the refrigerator out for a Frigidaire, and we could not be happier w/ the design. I went on Amazon and bought a stainless ice scoop w/ magnetic holder and it's been GREAT! I would 10/10 recommend this appliance.

We received our fridge five days ago and it™™s so big and roomy. The fridge is good quality and the water dispenser comes out fast. The only negative is that it does make ice slow and since my wife uses a lot of ice for her water it does impact her. However we still enjoy the fridge and really glad to have purchased it.
